2015 Stillwater County 4-H/FFA Fair

Carcass Program Swine & Sheep Stillwater Pack. Beef Midland Bull Test
The carcass program delivery day, July 6t at 4 p.m., will include judging the animals live and discussing carcass grade/yield. The animals will be harvested and evaluated. An additional program viewing the carcass and explaining the evaluation will be held July 13 at 6 p.m., at Stillwater Pack. There will be a BBQ provided, please bring a salad/side dish/dessert to share.

8 a.m.: Fair Clean-up: A minimum of one representative from each family is mandatory. Booths need to be set up by 5 p.m. Bring Projects to display.
1 p.m.: Orientation and 4-H Leaders Council Meeting: A minimum of one representative from each club is mandatory.

2:30 p.m.: Teen Leaders and Exchange Meetings
2 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Horse check-in at Keyser Creek Arena

9 a.m.: Horse Show at Keyser Creek Arena

9 a.m.: Interviews for Livestock, Dog & Indoor Project at Columbus HS Cafeteria
9 a.m. - 5 p.m.: Open Class Photography, Canning & Quilting Entries Received
6 a.m.: Carcass Contest at Stillwater Pack

8 a.m.: Dog Obedience & Showmanship
8:30 a.m.: Mini Horse
1 p.m.: Shooting Sports
5 p.m.: Open Class Judging
6 p.m.: Cat Show

7:30 a.m.: Dog Agility & Rally run concurrently
5 p.m.- 8 p.m.: Livestock Weigh-In and Photos
Swine 5 p.m.
Sheep 6 p.m.
Beef 7 p.m.
5 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. Check-in of Round Robin Horses
The brand inspector needs to be in attendance and all animals must be weighed before dark.
Bills of Sale must be presented at this time and inspection papers if animals were purchased out of state.
8 p.m.:Mandatory meeting for all Livestock Members and at least 1 parent. (8 p.m. or immediately following weigh-in)

7:30 a.m.: Swine Showmanship
10 a.m.: Sheep Show (Showmanship, Market, and Breeding)
Goat Show (following 30 minutes after the Sheep Show)
2 p.m.: Rabbit & Poultry Show
Small Animal Round Robin
4:30 p.m.: Adult Showmanship (Community Fun!)
8 p.m. - 11 p.m.: Teen Leader Dance

7:30 a.m.: Market Swine
8 a.m. -10 a.m.: Silent Auction bid cards & exhibit to Silent Auction Table
(Participants with a Blue or Purple ribbon on usable exhibits may enter the silent auction)
10 a.m.: Silent Auction Open for bids
11 a.m.: Beef Show (Showmanship, Market, and Breeding)
Dairy Cattle Show (following 30 minutes after the Beef Show)
2 p.m.: Peewee Showmanship (Community Fun!)
4 p.m.: Set-up for Pig Wrestling event
6:30 p.m.: Community Fun!! Pig Wrestling

9 a.m.: Round Robin
11:30 a.m.: Buyer/Exhibitor Lunch
12:45 p.m.: Graduating Senior Recognition
1 p.m.: Market Livestock Sale
4 p.m.: Silent Auction Closed-buyer must be present and claim item before 4:45
4:30 p.m.: Fair Officially Closed & Post Fair Clean-Up Begins

6:30 p.m.: Feed livestock and ship animals, clean hog barn, and care for animals held at the
Please stop by the Stillwater Homemakers concession stand in the Pavilion. Portion of the proceeds are donated back to support Stillwater County 4-H, Stillwater County Seniors and funds the Homemakers Scholarship.
