Chance passed away Wednesday afternoon in a car accident on his way home from doing what he loved, turkey hunting. He left this earth so early, but his soul had lived a lifetime.
He was always the last to sleep and the first to rise. He spent every spare moment on the move. Family, fishing, hunting, hiking, fast cars and diesel trucks were the passions that brought so many people and wonderful friends into his life. It’s no doubt that all of his family and friends were drawn to his “Heart of Gold” and his compassionate and witty sense of humor.
He was always there to wrap those long arms around anyone who needed a hug, a listening ear and a smile.
Chance was born in Columbus, Mont., on May 13, 1997 to Ritch and Amanda Campbell. He was a proud big brother to his sister, Erin and brother, Ashton. He is survived by his parents, his brother and sister and his adoring grandparents, Wade and Georgia Gackle of Laurel, Mont., Dick and Jeanne Campbell of Nye, Mont., and Norm and Kathy Sindelar of Seeley Lake, Mont. And many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial services were held at Anipro Arena Event Center in Absarokee, Mont., on Sunday April, 17 at 2 p.m.
