Oct. 14, 1941– Aug. 14, 2016

Cebrun Arthur Gaustad departed this world to pursue his next adventure, early in the morning of Aug. 14, 2016.
Born on Oct. 14, 1941, to Salvin and Cleone Gaustad, the fourth of six children.
He is survived by two older brothers, Peter and Karl Gaustad, and two younger sisters, Sharon Swanson and Mary Jeffery.
His older sister Sybil Srigley, preceded him in death.
He was the father of five children. Four sons, David Elton, Michael Cebrun, James Salvin, Cebrun Abraham, and one daughter, Gina Jo Gaustad. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Guy of Absarokee.
He was a clinical psychologist, working the majority of his career with the V.A. Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. After retirement, he returned to Absarokee, where he was raised, and where he and his wife have been an integral part of the community since 2009. He will be sorely missed by all.

The memorial service will take place at the Community Congregational church in Absarokee, on Saturday, Oct. 1., at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials go to Project Hope in Columbus, or the charity of your choice.
