Columbus travelled to Huntley Project High School on Jan. 14 to compete in a huge Invitational meet.
Columbus had five students competing in a meet dominated my Class A power houses Laurel, Billings Central and Custer County.
The Columbus Classical theater team of Katelynn Hampton and Layla Thorson were the highlight for CHS. These freshmen have improved dramatically over the season and held their own on Saturday, finishing tied for second. On the strength of their performance, Columbus finished third in the drama sweeps takes competition for Class B.
