Two Dawson Community College (DCC) volleyball players who got their start in Stillwater County have been honored for their work on the court and in the classroom the past school year.

Absarokee’s Erin Campbell and Rapelje’s Nynah Bryant were each recently selected as Mon-Dak Academic All-Conference. The award is given to athletes who earned at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average over the past two semesters, according to a DCC press release.

Campbell recently completed her second and final year with the DCC volleyball team as an outside hitter and defensive specialist. Bryant, a freshman last year, is a setter for the Lady Buccaneers.

DCC had 46 student athletes receive an Academic All-Conference award this year; 10 Lady Buc volleyball players made the list.
